Different ways of heating the NUCHAR octopus

Ingredients

COOKED OCTOPUS 5 or 7 LEGS 1KG VACUUM SEALED (FOOD SERVICE)

Prepared by

Preparation in frying pan or griddle:

Add a tablespoon of olive oil to a non-stick frying pan.

Heat over medium heat for 5 minutes on each side.

Steam Processing:

Preparation in Bain Marie:

Barbecue elaboration:

Brush the octopus legs with olive oil on both sides.

Heat over medium heat for 5 minutes on each side.

Elaboration in the microwave:

Remove the octopus from the container and place it on a plate covered with a protective lid.

Heat the octopus at low power for 1 minute and 30 seconds.

Tricks

NUCHAR octopus is previously cooked, so it can be consumed directly cold, but if we want to use it in hot recipes, these are the recommendations: Remove the tray from the refrigerator 15 minutes before preparation. Remove the carton and the label from the package.
