Our traditionally cooked octopus cut in thin longitudinal slices. A unique product in the market, with a mild seafood flavor and a fine and pleasant texture.

• Starting with our traditional recipe of COOKED OCTOPUS, we select the tentacles and introduce them in special molds to later cut them into thin slices of carpaccio. The slices are vacuum packed in skin format for better protection.
• Temper in the package 15-20 minutes before to facilitate the separation of the slices. Exquisite in both hot and cold recipes, preferably grilled or pan-fried.
• Refrigerated product. Long shelf life.
• Accompanied by 1 dose of lemon flavored extra virgin olive oil for dressing.
