Our secret:

  • Pieces of supreme quality, extreme care in the filleting, de-boning and in the previous preparation. Following the traditions that masters of Norwegian smoking passed down from generation to generation.
  • Curing based on the size of the fillets, closely following the evolution of the process. Cold smoking, without flame and only with noble woods.
  • Thinly sliced mixed with oil and with a touch of pepper and lemon aroma. A fresh Mediterranean touch that enhances the mild smokiness of the salmon. A true delicatessen.
