Add the lemon juice, lime juice and a pinch of salt to a bowl.

Cut the octopus leg into very thin slices. Add to the bowl and marinate for 15 minutes.
Plate finish
Put the salad mix on a plate. Add the carrot strips, avocado pieces and the cherry tomatoes cut in halves. Add the wakame salad and finally drain the octopus and put it on top.
Dress with olive oil, salt and crushed fried corn.
