We use Sepia officinalis from the East Central Atlantic (FAO 34), as it is the most tender and juicy and has the most intense flavor.
We select cuttlefish on board to maintain its quality and nutritional properties. Once at the plant, it is cleaned, selected and packaged for better preservation.
Ready to cook, just heat or toast the cuttlefish for a few minutes in the pan and add aioli or your favorite sauce to enjoy one of the classic Spanish tapas.
